Prime Minister of the East Turkistan Government-in-Exile and President of the Alberta Uyghur Cultural Society.

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Born on June 10, 1967, into a farming family in Village No. 19, Neighborhood No. 2, Chunqurchaq Village, Maralbishi County, East Turkistan.
Life & work
A chronological account of his education, activism, exile, and public service.
1974–1979
Began primary school in 1974. Due to continuous public humiliation and harassment by Chinese occupation authorities in front of students and teachers, Abdulahad withdrew from the state-run school system.
1979–1989
Determined to continue his education outside the Chinese regime's system, he attended local underground independent schools.
1984
He relocated to Kashgar to pursue university-level national and religious education at the prestigious Khanliq Madrasah.
1989
He graduated after completing studies in:
He received his graduation certificate and teaching license (Ijazah) from Chief Mudarris Sulaiman Damollam and Salih Damollam.
1989
Began serving as a Mudarris (Professor/Instructor) in Kashgar.
February 1990
Arrested and imprisoned in Maralbishi for speaking against Chinese occupation.
April 5, 1990
Transferred to Kashgar Regional Prison after being linked to the Baren Revolution.
1993
Released after three years of illegal detention.
August 1993
Arrested again following a bombing incident in Kashgar.
1994
Escaped a police raid.
September 1997
Forced to flee East Turkistan, leaving behind his wife and three children.
1997–1999
Lived in Kyrgyzstan.
June 1999
Escaped to Türkiye after discovering Chinese intelligence was tracking him.
1999

Chinese intelligence attempted to recruit them as informants. After refusing, they received devastating news that:

Founded the Alberta Uyghur Cultural Society to preserve Uyghur culture and education in Canada.
